Michelle de Beer
Michelle has well over 20 years of HR consultancy experience which involves providing specialist HR advice to a wide range of different organisations. Prior to that, she was the HR Manager at Dexcel (now DairyNZ) and a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for around 7 years, working in the dairy science and research sector, and before that, worked at AgResearch and JP Morgan (an investment bank in London) in the HR department.
Her work has spanned across all HR functions including executive recruitment, leading major change projects, strategic HR advice and planning, restructuring, conflict management, staffing issues and performance management. She is a trusted advisor as she works extensively with iwi/Māori organisations in the post-settlement era, Councils, Not-for-Profit and privately owned businesses. This Specialist HR work has provided her with a unique insight into the strategic, commercial and operational challenges that face workplaces and managers today.
She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Economics, Business Systems and Organisational Behaviour & Development from the University of Natal.

Jenna is an HR professional with over 15 years of experience helping workplaces get the best out of their people. She specialises in practical, legally compliant HR advice that is easy to understand, grounded in context, and aligned with real organisational needs.
Her experience spans a wide variety of industries, and she works with both SMEs and large organisations, either directly with leaders or as an extension of internal HR teams. Jenna is known for providing HR support that is down-to-earth, practical, and genuinely useful.
Whether it’s recruitment, performance, compliance, culture, or organisational design, her role is to simplify the complex and help leaders make informed, confident decisions.
She holds a Bachelor of Management Studies majoring in Human Resources and Strategic Management from the University of Waikato.

Rose McVeagh
Rose is a sub-contractor at JAM.HR, supporting the team with her expertise from an HR career spanning over 20 years.
Rose has held various HR roles in a wide range of sectors. Previously employed at SKYCITY, NZ Post, DairyNZ, BestStart and other large New Zealand organisations, Rose has now discovered a passion for HR consulting and enjoys the variety of supporting a wide range of small, medium and large organisations with their on-going or ad-hoc HR requirements.
She is a seasoned HR practitioner with extensive experience and a wide breadth of knowledge, our JAM.HR clients appreciate her sound advice and pragmatic solutions. She has a knack for cutting through complex matters, identifying exactly what is needed, and talking leaders through the steps to make it happen.
Supporting managers, leaders, and business owners to achieve their people goals is what Rose enjoys most. She partners with leaders to make informed, thoughtful people decisions, enabling progress and driving positive momentum.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology) from Auckland University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Human Resources) from Massey University.
